ComputerTalk has been a Microsoft Partner since 2005, when we added support for Microsoft Live Communication Server (LCS) to our offering to deliver instant messaging for internal help desks.
As technology progressed, LCS was replaced with Office Communications Server (OCS), then Lync, then Skype for Business, and then Teams.
Today, our ice Contact Center is a Microsoft Teams certified solution that integrates natively with the Teams environment. We were the first Microsoft partner to achieve certification in all three integration models – Connect, Extend, and Unify.
We are also a member of several Microsoft Technology Adoption Programs (TAP) and part of the Co-Sell program.
