3 Advanced Dialing Modes

Preview Dialing

Preview Dialing lets agents see the next prospect in a campaign and place the call with a single click. Agents control the pace of calls, hear the call progress, and are immediately connected when the prospect answers.

Progressive Dialing

Progressive Dialing automatically places calls for agents whose iceBar status is set to Ready and who are subscribed to a campaign. Once the call is placed, the agent’s status is set to Not Ready. Agents hear the call progress and connect instantly when the prospect answers.

Outbound IVR

Outbound IVR delivers automated messages or interactive prompts to prospects. The recipients can listen to a message, navigate menus, or press zero to be connected with an agent.
