We are looking for talented individuals who can operate as part of a small team to run all People aspects of the business from Recruiting, to Performance Reviews, Benefits Administration, HRIS Ownership, and Developing Training initiatives as well as be on top of the latest legal compliance requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor handling sensitive and confidential information with the leadership team building on the deep relationships that you will build with all cross-functional members of our team.
You have a degree from an accredited University, tremendous interpersonal and communication skills, and an uncanny ability to digest a lot of information quickly. You are not afraid of technology, diving in and learning anything in detail. You may also have felt that the organization that you grew up with is way too big for your liking - you got pigeon-holed into a position with narrow focus.
An interest in developing and maintaining core human resources programs for a growing business.
